Dr. Inga von Bibra is Director IT MBC Operations at Mercedes-Benz AG in Stuttgart. In this role, she is responsible for IT and digital solutions at the MB passenger car plants worldwide.
She holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Passau, Germany, and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
Dr. Inga von Bibra joined DaimlerChrysler in 2002 as an International Management Associate and held various management positions within the IT organization. From 2009-2012, she was Head of the Daimler Regional Center of Competence for Sales- and Financial Service Applications in the APAC region located in Singapore.
Before taking on her current role, Dr. Inga von Bibra was Chief Product Owner for the “New Procurement System”, transforming Daimler’s legacy system landscape into a global cloud-based software ecosystem using a scaled agile approach.
Her current focus areas are transformational leadership, data-driven digitalization in the context of production and supply chain as well as modern software-engineering frameworks.
